We booked the Saba Hotel as it was an easy walk from Hammersmith Bus Station, had excellent reviews on letsbookhotel.com and fitted our needs for one night in London. We were extremely impressed with this small, value for money hotel. The hotel was spotlesssly clean, the room, while small was more than adequate for our needs for one night, toiletries and a hairdryer are available as well as an iron. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms also. We were right on the top floor and there .
所有评语 » Pretty much everything! From the moment you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness in the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so it was quite a hike. The room was quite small, but was very clean, cozy and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was also small but very clean. Breakfast every day was scrambled eggs, yoghurt, cereal, milk, jam, coffee/tea, so there was not much variety, however we felt that we got all and more for the money we paid - the hotel was an amazingly good deal f. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful getting our room ready early and allowing us to leave luggage for the whole day after we had booked out even though we were only staying one night. Room was clean and comfortable with fridge, hairdryer, TV and tea/coffee facilities. Location perfect for Hammersmith bus station & tube - four bus routes right outside of hotel. Would thoroughly recommend hotel to other travellers and would definitely stay again. how fab ALL of the staff were. we were made to feel totally at home and nothing was too much trouble. hotel is beautiful and absolutly spotless i really cant beleive the price we paid to stay there., it was so cheap for the luxury that was on offer to us. WE WILL DEFFINATLY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!! we really cant reconmend this beautiful hotel enough fab atmosphere fab staff and best of all very very reasonble prices. Location of the hotel is good. Staff is very kind and helpful. Hammersmith metro station is reachable in 7 minutes on foot. Tesco shop is across the hotel, down the passage (one minute away). City centre is easily reachable by tube or bus (bus number 10 operates all day, but takes too much time to get beyond Hyde park). There are some good (and not expencive) pubs in Hammersmith. Even though I didn't stay in the Saba, they personally drove me to get dinner and settle in to my room at another hotel in their chain which was much nearer to my location that I needed to be that night. Friendly staff with excellent customer service and they changed my light bulb and put the central heating on for me the second I asked. Cleanliness and comfort. Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so friendly and more than happy to help. We needed directions and the staff were able to direct us to exactly were we needed to go. Also the rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling. We loved our stay and will stay again every time we are at London for a show. The hotel was clean and fresh, easily located just a 7 or 8 min walk from Hammersmith & City line tube. Staff were all really lovely and very helpful, Breakfast was good too ! Have stayed in several budget hotels in London and would say this is one of the nicer ones and would stay here again. Location. Fantastic front of house staff They helped promptly every request we made. When we returned from our evening event there were so many milk pots and an extra towel each in the room. All dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. We were one adult and an adult daughter. Staff very friendly, warm and clean, rooms a decent size with good shower and a fridge. Nothing!. Basic breakfast but adequate with scrambled egg on toast, cereal, yoghurt & coffee. nothing at all everything was perfect!!! 10 out of 10. Having stayed in London a number of times I thought this hotel was maybe a little to far out all the buses we caught seemed to go all round the Wrekin to get into London itself. Otherwise no other negative comments. A strong smell of stale water from the bathroom. The windows of our rooms overlook to the road. It was noisy at night. At arrival the person at reception was a little curt. No choice of bread (only toast) for breakfast was disappointing. Bathroom could have been cleaner in corners. No bedside lamps for reading. Some insulation needed on the window in our room. The room was smaller than we expected, and crowded for 5, but adequate (and as we learned later, the room size is typical for many European cities). Breakfast was not good, very basic, not even a proper continental. Also paid in cash on entering hotel, had no receipt so was asked to pay again on leaving! Man had to call other member of staff to verify I had paid, thankfully he admitted I had, if not I would have had a problem! Long way up the stairs especially with luggage!. Woke up one morning with a headache and found that the radiators had been turned on/up by the cleaner during the day while we had been out so it gave me a headache overnight. mattress was a little uncomfy, noisy road but to be expected for central London hotel and we do live in the country so used to things a lot quieter. No table and no reading light in the room. It was very loud as the room was facing Shepherd's Bush Road. Nothing to disliked. The room is extremely small, we did not even find a place to out our luggage! Facilities in the room are a bit old as well. Wall is thin that you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor, but same as in every houses in all around England. The hotel was not very cheap, but I guess you can't find any cheap ones in Center London. It's just...London... Breakfast could be better. We were put in room 41 and then we were told the next day we would have to changer rooms to 47 the next day we were going out and they said they would have our bags up in our room, when we Came back the bags weren't there so we had to go looking for them. the room was a bit small. Room very small although that didn't bother us as we didn't spend much time in it. Breakfast is very basic. Onestly? Nothing :). Breakfast is very crowded because it is not open for a very long time considering the number of people staying in the hotel. ensuite bathroom although small, was adequate but drains smelt!. Nothing really to write about, just did what it said. Did the job. Room got cold at night. Light breakfasts. My room was on the top floor which was a tiring climb on the stairs for someone not i their youth. for the cost it was as expected. The small size of the room didnt bother us but if you are from far away, you might not be able to fit all your luggage. Breakfast was little in portion :(. A bit small room for tripble bad room. N/a. n/a. The coffee ... rooms a little small. Breakfast range small. Very annoying room service in the first morning - knocked on our door 3 times in the space of half an hour, and actually opened the door on us while we were still in bed despite us yelling that the room was occupied. Left a bad impression. Actual room was in a separate hotel 5 minutes walk away from main reception. - There was a problem with the hot water in the room at the morning, tooks 2 days to fix, even - after fix the water was warm rather than hot. - In two night, when arriving, the wifi was not working and became functional only at the morning. Ensuite bathroom not practical. Thin walls so quite noisy. rooms are too tiny and hot. room was very small.
