They have given us the Thames view rooms. The location is perfect. Great location again.
The room is not maintained properly when we stayed for more than 7 days.
The position, the staff and all the food and drink facilities,
Being given a disabled room on arrival, and being woken up early by a maid entering the room
It was great our room 402 was top drawer the staff so friendly all of them had a warmth about them
Paying the bill ha ha only joking
Everything was great, the staff were helpful and cooperative.
The price of one night is a bit high
Well located, fantastic staff!
Even though I am not disabled I was given a disabled room. No problem with that, lots of space, Wet Room with shower with rubbish liquid soap dispensers, so take your own soap. Question - If you use your own soap disabled or not, do you hold it between your teeth because there is no shelf to put the soap on?
It was a wonderful location close to many attractions. It was clean & tidy breakfast great.
Barmen were very good. Fair haired, short Barman was always smilling and very polite. nothing was too much trouble. Recetion staff excellent helpful and friendly,
The place was clean and the location was great. The staff was very friendly and great help with directions.
Safe in the room was not working and the bathroom was incredible small. No outlet in the bathroom was a bit annoying.
Comfortable bed, Wonderful location (London Eye, Big Ben, Tube station, Tourist bus station, Aquarium...), Breakfast, Vending Machines, Restaurant, No noice from other rooms.
In cold weather you have to use heater with no heat regulation, Non-stop ventilation system in bathroom and no heater in bathroom
Location, cleanliness, restaurant.
Duvet SO hot!
Very convenient location for what we had planned for the weekend. Very helpfull staff.
We were disappointed with the wifi service. We paid £6 for 2 days of full access to the internet but it would appear that due to technical problems facing the Permier Inn the service was sporadic. A refund would be in order.
location and friendly staff. Amazing place to stay.
The staff, they were excellent. Always available and always helpful.
Breakfast. The food tasted of nothing. How did they do that?
We were in London to attend a function at South Bank Centre, we were very pleased with the location, as we arrived at Waterloo Station it was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel, then the next day it was a 10 minute walk to South Bank, absolutely perfect location.
Nothing to dislike!!
Location. Excellent nights sleep. Tea & Coffee facilities in room
No toiletries.
Leaving bags for later booking in and out. Good breakfast. Large rooms and good fittings
Bath room door opening and the noise closing. Cramped tea facilitys.
Location was fabulous for sightseeing etc. Right in the centre of everything. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast menu.
The little mouse that ran across the floor of the dining room one evening while we were eating ! Other than that there wasn't much wrong. The room was average but clean.
Enjoyed our stay here very much. I would stay here again. Breakfast is excellent
Nothing
Location and helpful staff
None
We love staying at the Premier Inn! The rooms are spotlessly clean and nice and warm. The staff are very helpful and professional and the breakfasts are great - even Yeo Valley yogurt is available! And the beds are very comfortable and you really do have a good nights sleep. We would rather stay at Premier Inn than anywhere else.
Very comfortable beds Friendly staff
The fact that we could not avail of a complimentary meeting room despite paying over £3,000 for a group of ten people to stay in the hotel for two nights. We are a charity.
a good value 'no frills' hotel. Location, location, location …. this hotel must be difficult to beat. Excellent breakfast. Polite, efficient staff. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Nothing really.
location for central London with all that goes with it
Room and facilities were very good and clean. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent and great value and great staff.
Not having a Thames View Room although we did request one well in advance. People smoking on the steps of the hotel immediately outside the door.
Staff were courteos and friendly in a natural way.
The hotel was easy to find. The location was fantastic, walking distance from Waterloo, and right alongside the London eye, houses of parliament and the Southbank. The room was not cramped, the beds fresh feeling and comfortable. The whole place was very, very clean and well cared for. And we didn't hear a single noise from any other guests, so quiet too! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great choice. It is the first time we have stayed somewhere and left agreeing that we would definately go back.
Nothing at all, couldn't fault the place.
Everything! Ideal location. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room extremely spacious for London, comfortable and clean, warm and quiet. Room perfectly cleaned everyday. Great breakfast, free for kids.
Nothing! We always select our hotel based on letsbookhotel.com reviews. And yes it is definitely a fabulous hotel... We will be back!
heating didnt work properly and kept going cold in night. Baby in baby cot 2 inches off floor kept waking up very cold and unhappy and once one is awake crying we are all awake. Made experience a very tiring one as we did not all get a good nights sleep
Good value for money, perfect location and cleanliness. Nice breakfast. Will definitely come back.
Wonderful location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Vintage window frames.)
Excellent location, vety clean and comfortable
Maid knocked on the door at 9am waking us up
Great location, Very good quality food at breakfast. Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Wonderfully comfortable beds.
Great hotel, ideal location, clean, warm and quite. Evening meal in the resturant was also very good value.
Great location, comfortable room and good breakfast.
all of it!!

From arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Departing.
Lovely room. Really comfortable beds. Excellent location
Excelent location, great breakfast. Excelent value for money.
Very nice staff and the location was excellent for walking to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden etc.
Perfect location, work of staff is near to perfect, very good price for this location and quality
breakfast is not bad but every day absolutely the same
One word Fantastic, I have stayed at some of the other chains, and Premier Inn have broken the link, above all my wishes. Back again next year
Location was great and the staff so helpful. A lovely 'haven' to come back to after a busy day in town
All great
the staff very friendly silence breakfest location all simple but good!
Bed comfortable, breakfast very nice
Booked a room with 2 double beds but given a double bed & a small childs bed & TV didn't work. Informed reception & transferred to a room with 2 double beds. Unsure why we weren't given this initially as this is what we had booked
We loved the Premier Inn London County Hall, the staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfasts really appetising, the room was perfect, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. We will be back.
There was nothing we disliked.
Top location!!!
The staff. Very friendly and helpful Food very good for a large restaurant, Breakfast excellent value for money
Long walk to our room. Keycard failed twice in two days
the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing one of the best I have ever had. It was all very fresh and continually topped up.
Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent.
Breakfast times were too busy regardless of when you went, the buffet area was mad with people pushing in all directions.
The location is superb, transport links excellent. Staff frindly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfst good but often very crowded, victim of its success.
Because it is so popular it gets very used and the public spaces need constant upgrading. Breakfast in the school holidays can be a scrum with items running out very quickly.
