excellent location,warm room(we stay in December),very rich breakfast. Really nice spacious room and fantastic location. The staff was extremely friendly! Great bunch of people! I liked it's closeness to pretty much everything that London has to offer as far as touristy stuff and great restaurants!. yes. Nice spacious, clean room with all amenities needed. Excellent location opposite hyde park and the royal albert hall. Good price for location with full breakfast included.

For breakfast there was a good choice, and the service was prompt and kept asking it we wanted anymore.Great location near to tube. location - it is in walking distance to Science Museum, NHM, Kensington gardens. the welcoming andhomely atmosphere there. Good location and good value for money. The hotel was clean,fresh and basic. The location is very convenient.Easy access to Underground. It's cheap!. stayed in basement - second night we found a cock roach in our bed. Staff lovely and upgraded us and gave us free bottle of champagne sure it was just a one off. location and the bar. Location. A clean hotel with friendly staff. Not too far to travel by tube to most of the must see's in London.Lancaster Gate station is in good walking distance to the hotel. this was important for us. Quiet able to check in early. Ummm the internet was fair some days!. Bed was a bit small and room was a little chilly, there seemed to be draft coming from the window, though extra blankets were provided.Due to price I suspect, there was a lot of noise late at night in the coridoors. Although the hotel can't do much about this. We had one person trying to get into our room at 5.30am obviously completely hammered, tapping on the door and his friend shouting. The was not enough hot water either. Room service stoppped at 10.45 at night which was a shame because we were 15 mins late. Water damaged ceiling in room. Air condition was not easy to be adjusted.Breakfast room was full during weekend. Noise in the night would somtimes wake you it was so load.The rooms were on the small side and there was a hell of a breeze coming from the windows that looked like they haven't been updated since the building was new!!!!. room was very small.construction work going on across the road,our room was at the front of the hotel.drilling etc started approx 6am monday morning. The hotel needs renovation. It doesn't seem clean in general. We only stayed for the weekend but I think the outside area around the entrance could have done with cleaning more often (a brush and mop). Room too cold on arrival. had a curtain missing on 1 window.
