I enjoyed my stay at Palace Court Holiday Apartments. Staff was very welcoming and insightful.Then the room I stayed in was a studio, spacious enough, very clean. I was happy for the kitchen facility. Also the cleaning staff was very nice too. The place is in a great area: nearby there are restaurants, supermarket, shops, the tube and the bus, and Hyde Park. This place is to keep in mind if you plan a visit to London. It is great value for money And don't get lured by the bad reviews, the pla.
所有评语 » We have been staying regularly at this apartment hotel for almost 40 years and have always had excellent service from the cordial and efficient staff. The location is superb, the rooms are spacious with a separate full kitchen and bathroom. There is free wifi and the only suggestion I would make is the addition of a safe in the studio apt. Many thanks to Madam Omyma and the rest of the staff for another enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean, all the appliances were in good working order and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The area is pleasant and really conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing. Comfortable and cosy and fantastic value for money, we hope to stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending Palace Court Apartments to anyone visiting London. Location was excellent, just 3 minute walk to both notting hill and queensway underground station. In addition, notting hill bus station was just 1 minute walk. Excellent for long and short stays. Elevator is also available. Tesco is right at notting hill station which was quite convenient. A kitchen row is also available which allows for you to cook if you wish do so. Great location, between Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate tube stations, close to Hyde Park. Always find the rooms clean and comfortable. Unlike many similar buildings there are lifts. I'll definitely be staying here again - but it's fully booked!! :(. Location - close-by to Big Bus (London Paris Hop-On Hop-Off), variety of restaurants, mini markets, souvenir shops, and Underground station. Nothing much to shout. Just basic amenities, if you're looking for a place just to sleep. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, good facilities, lively area, lots going on, plenty of places to shop and eat from McD's to places serving real food! Close to Notting Hill Gate tube and Bayswater tube. The location - close to the Hyde Park, to the tube. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Although we had some problems with the toaster and the microwave oven, we had these problems solved fast!!!. Excellent location with just a 4 minute walk putting you at either either Notting Hill gate or Queensway tube station on the Central Line. Room was big enough and had everything you might need at a good price. Great location - very handy for Hyde Park, Queensway, Bayswater, Notting Hill Gate, etc. Good facilities, cooking / sleeping / bathing areas all properly segregated. One hour nice walking to Trafalgar Square or Big Ben. It is very central and good communication to Oxford street.You can have your morning walk on Hyde Park.Lot of restaurants nearby. We've stayed here for 5 nights. I considered it a quiet peaceful place and convenient. Room was just nice for us. Heater and hot water is available in bathroom and kitchen. It has a small elevator. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the front door. Hop On Hop Off stop is nearby. Egypt guy at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there on my next trip. Bed was good and hard. sheets were cleaned often. The flat need to be refurnished and redecorated. It is very old. The location is good. The position: the hotel is near both underground and park. There is nothing major to say I didn't like. This apartment hotel is usually fully booked, especially in the high season when we often need multiple suites to accommodate our extended family. One must book way in advance and that is quite often not possible. Everything was great. Wifi connection was available, however, was not always working properly, especially in the evenings. Bathroom was clean but extraordinary small. Bed was ok for one person but the studio I was staying in was actually promoted for two people, not sure if it would be comfortable for a couple. Can be a bit noisy outside, but it's a bustling area in the greatest city in the world, so this is only to be expected really!. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Small staircase and lift. Nothing - love this place. In general nothing that could be described as "didn't like". The bathroom towels were a bit small!. Towels weren't changed during my 4 night stay and had to ask for another one. The blinds in the room didn't lower completely so was slightyl 'exposed' at times. Nothing. Maybe a bit too noisy at times, but that's not the hotel's fault - it's London!. The shower wasn't very good, and was either burning hot or freezing cold. No complaints. Noisy street during the night. Bathroom really small. Better to leave out the bath and put in a shower to have a bit more space. Payment in advance little unusual. Room smelt of cigarettes. Furniture and bedding could do with updating. Would like an armchair or similar. Needs a caffetiere or coffee maker. Otherwise good. Few toilet items. I booked a single room but was given a double. That was my luck. For me the room was only good because it was a double. Can't imagine how a single would have been, definitely too small and not very cozy... A little old facilities and the bathroom. Bathroom was too small with no ventilation, bath tub was risky as no handles to hold, no hooks to hang clothes towels etc,. Nothing. Bathroom, dodgy electrics. The room service was not great. Bathroom was a little bit too small. No possibility to air. the bathroom waas. tiny a shower without the bath would have been ok. WiFi was not working every time. Toilet door should be replaced with a folding door to save space. Shower was atrocious. the room given to us was road facing and was very noisy. so if you are a sensitive to noise, you must ask for a room thats not facing the road. also there was a lot of problem with hot water. Noisy cold 1 chanel (arabic) tv. The interior of the apartment could have been better. As I was travelling with a less than 2 years old baby I find the place a bit dusty. Lamps not working, tv did not work well either. Décor very plain. Rather noisy from traffic had to ask for hairdryer etc. The double bed needs replacing, the 'single' bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was slippery and dangerous and the shower head did not stay put. The brass strip across the kitchen door was loose and dangerous. The stove knobs had been placed incorrectly and you could not tell if the elements/oven were on or what temp setting. The room was far to small for 3. they are closed after 11pm, we spend first night on the street :). Need some new refurbishment. There the internet conection is very bad. making business impossible. SMELL.( STALE) were do you plug the lamp in ? No tea towel ? On fan in bathroom. cannot check-in later than 11:00 PM the facilities are really old. Wifi connectivity from apartment not available on all days. Old fashioned and shabby Reception not open before 8.30am Many restored and clean alternatives in the neighborhood for a similar or better price. Tiny bathroom! No place for 2 people into bathroom together. Reception staff wasn't that friendly and accommodative but somehow I still prefer the location. Bathroom is very unconfortable.
