Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S. But it was most welcome as it was large and airy & don't like being in a cramped room. Beds were good & also had good pillows!!! It had a modern tv & Tea/Coffee facili.
所有评语 » Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in. We had very good time. The staff was very nice and ready to ask any request. The position at the first, if you are arriving from Liverpool street, it's seems a little bit far...but actually from the hotel is very easy to reach any place you want! Any facilities in the room for coffee or tea everyday and you can find a shopping- mall with everything you need very close! You have to pay extra 8£ if you want breakfast but is very complete. The bed in hotel was awesome!!! Very clean! You have parqu. Liked everything, very clean and was brand new when we we're staying there (apr 2013). Breakfast was very good and quite cheap compared to what it included. Underground was located near of Center line so most places of interested was easy to reach. For people who likes shopping at mall, Westfield Mall nearby was huge! i'll give 4/5. For me this is the hotel i'll book again if/when i come back to visit London. Location - this hotel is only 2 minutes away from Shepherd's Bush Tube Station, which is a part of central line. 15 minutes to reach Trafalgar square, Tower, Royal Opera House etc. Spacious room - you would never expect a 2-starred hotel's standard room to be as vast. Enough to accommodate a couple with several trolleys as well. Very nice design overall. I lived in Shepherds Bush in the late 1990's, so am very familiar with the area and this is why I chose this hotel. I was very happy with my choice. The room was larger than I had expected, it was spotlessly clean and so was the bathroom. It was 30c the weekend I stayed in London, so the air con in my room was very welcome. I would stay here again. Everything about this hotel was great from the min we walked in till we checked out . We stayed here because we went to the shepards bush empire less and 5 min walk . We went shopping at Westfield which is also less then 5 min walk . There's lots of the place around to eat the bar price here a great too . In all a great place too stay will book again. The location was the most important for a stay and it was just 5 mins walk away from the hotel which was perfect. Staff was so nice and friendly. Rooms are very well designed and convenient. Breakfast was open buffet with various options. Totally i love the hotel and definitely will stay again. Strongly recommend.. We were very happy with the location of this hotel which was incredibly close to the tube station, and from there is was easy to get into central London with all of the typical sightseeing places! The hotel was very modern and clean and the beds were so comfy! This hotel had everything we could ask for. The efficient staff at check in - also being able to check in from 12 is very helpful. Free INTERNET access in the reception area. The bedroom was large and the bathroom was good. By far the best IBIS I've come across. Close to Shephards Bush tube and excellent for watching footie at QPR. Hotel just opened, so everything is pretty new. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Beds / matresses comfy. Friendly, sometimes a bit unexperienced staff. Breakfast OK. Close to underground station, 2 minutes. Early check-in, late check-out. Good lobby and bar. The hotel was absolutely spotless and modern. The beds were comfortable and changed every 2 days. Staff very friendly, free wifi throughout the hotel and the location is perfect.....close to Shepherds Bush tube station and shopping centre. Would definitely stay again :-). Excellent Location. 3 Minutes walk to London Underground and Overground Trains. Also located very close to the Hotel is Westfield Shopping Mall and various restaurants. Rooms are very modern and Clean. Very Good value for price. Would certainly stay there again. The staff were friendly, the hotel is modern, clean and the bed really comfortable! The location is well placed for exploring as it is near 2 underground stations and it is next to the huge Westfield shopping mall. Greeted with a smile at reception. Nice and Quiet with no noise interference from neighbouring rooms. When discovering our hair dryer was faulty, staff were most helpful and very quick at finding us a replacement. The location was really convenient, with easy transport links to Wembley and central London. Hotel was clean comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked for 3 night as we attended the Nottinghill carnival as the Hotel was within walking distance to the festival will be booking again for next years carnival god willing. The hotel were understanding when I booked the wrong day by mistake, the hotel itself felt brand new, really clean, nice breakfast, simple but had everything we needed. A small item of the Bathroom door catch being stiff was reported - but it shut and opened - just had to 'bang' it - still a 100% positive feedback - Next visit to West End shopping or theatre our stay will be at IBIS Shepherds Bush. The room was heated only by an air conditioner and you need to let it works all night (at minimum is ok) if you don't want to feel cold. Unfortunally, in this way the bathroom remains cold. Anyway, we ask for an extra duvet and to sleep was perfect! The room was no so big and so the bathroom too, but comfortable shower. Don't know is the Shepdherd's bush bad neighbourhood, few suspicious groups we're hanging at the front of hotel and asked for cigarette/light couple of times, but that's nothing that you cannot live with. I would rather think of central heating or towel heater, because of London's weather. I could hear loud footsteps whenever someone walked down the corridor and also from the room next door. The breakfast was a little expensive. It takes 20 minutes by tube to most of the main London sights. Area itself is simple, but OK with lots of shops and eateries arround (Westfield shopping center). No safe in the rooms, this should be a standard in this category. No coffee pot just instant coffee in the room. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, no change at all, so I skipped on day three and got me something on the road for the same money. The car park rates even with 25% discount are realy high not budget friendly at all. Ibis could provide higher discounts for stays ober 1 night. Nothing to complain really. Would have been great to have a little refridgerator in the room. nothing. The price is a little high. The bathroom is very clean and cute but way too small,,,,, The bar needs more selections. The toilet doors are quite heavy and noisy and you can hear your neighbours closing the door at night/morning. Would have liked larger towels and an iron. Nothing much, just noisy lock on bathroom pods door. Nothing. Small bathroom which isn't very private, and the window doesn't open particularly much so there isn't a great amount of outdoor ventilation as the air con wasn't a great system. - squeaky floor on the bathroom - matress was a little on the hard side and pillows were too tall - had a hard time having them include my company's VAT number in the invoice. Nothing really... Nothing!!!. We had a disabled room (though neither of us have a disability) and the wet room did not drain adequately. Had to paddle around in the puddles for quite some time!. - No slippers. I do not really have any major complaints. I couldn't get the cricket on television as it was on some cable channel. Still, I didn't really want to watch the disaster. As Ibis style, very narrow room, with "plastic" bathroom. Nothing. Loved everything. No continental breakfast available except very early or late. A big mistake. You are not giving the option many people want and as a result people either pay more than they want, or eat more than they need because they have paid for it (obesity is a big problem), or go elsewhere for breakfast. Think again and offer a continental breakfast at all times breakfast is available. Pricey breakfast, not included in the room rate. I wish Ibis would consider having another such value for money hotel near the Piccadilly circus!. maybe bigger bed and a few more pillows even at extra cost. nothing!!. Twin beds a little small. Drainage in shower was very slow......... (could have reported this but didn't. Hotel claim they will fix any issues within 15 minutes.).
