Very comfortable and still cheap hotel in London. This hotel is ideal for tourists who wants to visit London and uses hotel just for accomodation. The hotel ofers "fully-equipped" kitchen, so everyone can prepare breakfast/dinner as he/she whish. Moreover, this hotel is staffed with Czech/Slovak staff, so it is really nice for Czech/Slovak tourists.. :-). Many things: It's cheap. It's easy to find. Very nice staff. For the same amount of money, I got en suite bathroom even though I booked a shared one. That was very cool. It's relatively close to London's center, by tube (about 30 minutes away). The tube station is very, very close (5 minutes away).

Friendly staff who were very helpful when I arrived late from Leeds (after 10pm) on the train and came and opened up out of hours on a very chilly night.....and responding efficiently to e-mail requests prior to my visit. The standard was very good. The premises was clean, modern and nicely decorated. I stayed in Room 6, which was a good size, warm and very pleasant with a very comfortable bed. The only small problem was the t.v., which was difficult to programme. Overall, excellent value for money. ROOMS, very clean, tidy and spacious. Toilets. Clean, Hygienic with utensils, washing Machine and dryer. Kitchen, Clean and tidy kitchen with all accessories Staff. Most friendly and helpful Good bus rout to london and big shopping centres. shops opened till late night. The room was big and nicely decorated. There was a double bed for me. The bathroom and shower were shared with only between me and another room, so that didn't bother me. Kitchen facilities were great for a short stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super friendly and helpful staff, I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in the office, when i returned to check in the staff had already put my luggage in my room!!! Very clean and really all you would need.....close to tube as well. Everything was perfect ! I felt im in my home,, very friendly staff, no extra charges everythig included, will definatley come again, I am glad to say this will be my second home since ill be coming to london every month thanks for everything. It felt like being in your own bed room. And there was a kitchen area to with I think is great. It's a good value for price it's very clean well equipped kitchen 25 min to center by tube 50 min to center off peak by bus wifi shops nearby. 1)Clean rooms and bathroom 2)Bus stop is in front of the hotel 3)Underground is at less than 5minutes of walk 4)Kitchen if you want to cook. Good location. Walthamstow is on the victoria line, so very easy to come from Victoria coach station to the hotel. It is a cheap (for London) and nice place. The kitchen is clean and well equiped. Staff was kind and efficient, and provided me with a ventilador when I asked. Although far from the centre, there was a lot of trains in the nearby station, so it's easy to get there in 20-25 minutes. Friendly ppls, clean place and not far from tube station. It's worth the price. Not hard to find. comfortable. location for business purpose and it was cheap. Facilities, cleanliness and location were very good for us. Basically nothing. Couldn't get satellite tv to work - (instructions in Polish!) Couldn't find light switch (behind wardrobe!) Radiator in room was not turned on... I'm sure if I'd asked at Reception these problems would have been rectified..but I was only staying 2 nights.... Nothing. I didn't get the tv to play any sound. The location is far from the city but the tube or railway station is close enough. The neighbourhood is not the most respected areas. There were noise coming from the next door neighbour's place in the middle of the week that kept me from sleeping until 3am. It was annoying cause there's nothing you can do. i liked everything about the place. nothing i didn't like. maybe: difficult to manage tv, found mainly local channels. There wasn't anything that I dis liked to be hOnest. TV didn't work. 1)A little bit far from the center 2)You have to pay in advance, at the arrival, for credit card +5%. Can take a while to get to at night when the tube isn't running, but this is likely the case with anywhere in London. Some decor needs attention but thta's just our opinion. street was noisy almost all times. Room was a bit on the small side, but good value for the price. The bathroom was very small. TV but not with UK channels. beside the street. can't sleep with windows open .very hot in the room but only 1 fan in two rooms . Blocked toilet and basin, problems with bathroom lock, thin walls. Bathroom too small, bed not very comfortable. Lack of sockets Shower was clogged. The room have some problems that could be easily solved. The lamps didn't work properly, the bath was a bit clogged, and there was a closet with a terrible smell of termite poison. The staff is good, but their working times (10:00-18:00) make it difficult to talk with them. the room is too hot in the night . It's far away the city center in the zone 3. The parking set up. We had a cool in the room at night.
