They have a friendly staff and had British adapters for loan during your stay. The breakfast was made to order, delicious, very good coffee. The hotel reception is co-located with a pub on the ground level and the rooms are on the next two floors. The pub is very convenient and even though the pub played music in the evenings, it could not be heard in the room. The London-Stratford train/bus station is a 7-10 minute walk which can be convenient if flying in and out of Stansted. Free internet wa.
所有评语 » This accommodation was great value, very good price compared to other hotels in the area. It clean and comfortable and very close to Stanford station and westfield shopping centre. We didn't arrive till 12 midnight because or journey was delayed but the staff were there ready to check us in. Breakfast was basic but fine. I Will visit this hotel again when staying in London. We knew that the rooms were small from reviews we had previously read, so it was no surprise to find that ours was. Given this, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The en-suite shower room was small, but clean and everything worked. It was a warm humid night and the electric fan left in the room was much appreciated. The breakfast was okay. I have never been in England before so I had low expectations. Simple and nice breakfast with nice service. The Wi-fi was good and worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable. Toilets were okay. Good service in my opinion. You definetely get your moneys worth for this hotel. As it was our second time staying in Bay Tree we love staying there because the hotel is affordable, clean and close to tube station and Westfield. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Even though the rooms are not so big we were very comfortable because we were only there for two nights. Helpful staff, newly refurbished, nice design, sound proofed rooms, very quiet, heating excellent, central to Stratford and its transport links, much more reasonably priced than central London, nearby local eateries like grill and Caribbean restaurant. Would definitely stay again. The price was just right and the accomodation was good. It was a quiet place and the location was close to the metrostation, on the Central Line, with direct connection to principal attractions. Also, the fact that we had a store close to the hotel was useful. The location of the hotel is great, not to far from london city, easy tube journey in, easy to find, close to westfield shopping centre and some great restaurants, hotel pleasant and comfortable, staff helpful too, would definately stay again. The hotel from inside is incredible Clean and modern. Staff very friendly and the morning duty manager is also extremely cool guy. I do recomend any person to stay there. I liked how modern the hotel was and how there was a pub downstairs which was handy, the owner Michael wasn't welcoming, helpful, or in any way nice, and he never cracked a smile once. Other bar staff though, Paul (Daz) and the lady who was on a Saturday night were more than friendly and willing to make conversation with you. The rooms were were decorated lovely but not big at all, after I had the climb over my suitcase when I side stepped around the bed, but I had already read reviews on this . Reasonably comfortable room, which I had to change 3 times. The first time I was shown into a room which I discovered was obviously occupied by someone else. I then had to move myself to a 3 bedded room as there was nothing else, and on the second night (3 night stay) I had to pack my things and move to a 2 bedded room, as they needed the 3 bedded room. It was obviously a pub, where the upper rooms had been upgraded to hotel standard. The room was like it was pictured in the site, which was a nice surprise. Although the room was not big, it was confortable and had everything I needed. I was worried about the internet connection after reading some comments here, but it worked flawlessly and was good enough for videocalls. Price was good, as was the location in relation to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and mainline station (Stratford). The room was fine for the money. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The flat panel tv in our room was 14 inch, would have been a little better if it was at least 23 inch. Breakfast was adequate if uninspiring. If I have to say something, it must be the size of the room. Very small. The rooms would do with a hair dryer and automatic air freshener. It is always very noisy as it is next to the main road but it is completely understandable. Street hotel is on was not very well lit, but seemed quite safe. Also felt safe as lots of little shops open at night nearby. The room had the window exposed to the street, and it wasn't very good isolated, so it was a bit noisy. Fortunately, the street wasn't a main one, so not very populated. Breakfast was a bit of a let down for me but personal preference, room is quite small but manageable. Every thing was perfect. Just had to ask hair dryer at reception. double rooms don't have any closet, for two people is pretty small room. I didn't find a thing to say. The only addition that I would have liked in the room would have been the facility to make tea or coffee. Smaller portion for breakfast Shower in the middle of bathroom. Nothing in particular. It had the smallest bathroom in the world but still ok. The area the hotel is in does not do it justice. nothing. i cant say anything i didnt like ,i had such a nice stay at the bay tree hotel,,,. Lack of information re access to coffee etc. no glass in room breakfast sausages and the awful bread I prefer to have coffee making in the room. Nothing. breakfasts are very poor and the same every day (toasts, 1 sausage, egg and tea-coffe). breakfast. No tea and coffee in room, no evening food available although plenty of local fast food outlets. Bathroom floor not very clean, but this is my only criticism. No lift, No Tea / Coffey. It is advertised that the hotel has a common lounge. Which is not true. The lounge is always occupied with a skinny guy who sit in the couch and watches foreign channels. Whenever you want to sit during evening that's the case. It was a turndown. Everything was down to basic. double and twin rooms were too small with small bathrooms. triple room bathroom was a good size thou. The hotel is 10 - 15 min walk from the Stratford station. The room is small, they didn't clean the room for 3 days. The bathroom was not clean and the soap dispenser didn't work. I thought it was closer to Stratford station but it takes a 15 min walk. Room to small. very small room BUT that was expected. Room a little on the cool side. Dvd player not there as advertised. Small room. Breakfast was same option everyday. The room is small. No refrigerator. Room was a bit awkward with 2 suitcases to fit in & trying to get past foot of bed. Would have preferred to be a bit closer to train station. The room was extremely hot. The tap in the sink didn't work neither did the rain shower head. Very small room. Breakfast wasn't very nice. I didn't like the fact when I left after my second night stay o was covered head to toe in big red bites.. And now i've spoken to my doctor he said they were from bed bugs! Al though the hotel looked absolutely spotless, I was super shocked to find out that bed bugs were the answer!. Incredible noise from live music one night and juke box on the second. My room seemed to be right over it, but with the volulme, perhaps that was the case in all rooms. &Quot;Dining room" staff of 1 willing but not very experienced. Had to eat my main course and toast and jam on the same plate with the same utensils. Cereal and hot dish served together so one had to eat the second first while still hot. The walls were quite thin and you could hear everything that was happening on the corridor and room next door. The train/tube station is a good 20 minutes walk. There aren't many restaurantes close by, apart from one on the same street as the hotel, the closest restaurant is 10 minutes walk. My room was next to a chimnee, which mean I couldn't open the window to refresh the room and it felt a bit stuffy. Dangerous stairs. Very noisy road outside. Run-down area.
