  Brilliant customer service. My partner Christine mentioned to reception the water was not hot when she had a shower. The lady on reception said she would investigate if there was a problem with the hot water system. Fantastic customer service. Well done Premier Inn. - Room was comfortable and the rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests. The location of the beefeater next door was good. The receptionist Pat was extremely friendly and helpful and one of the nicest front of house staff we have met.

  The friendly staff and ideally located for visiting both The Gower and Pembrokshire coast. It was a bonus to find the Millenium Coast Park created at Lllanelli. - Small, quiet Hotel with a pub next door. The hotel is in as new condition, with large well furnished rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
