The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.

windows. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was
very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made
the room all the more comfortable. The Breakfast staff were incredibly
good, friendly and polite. An amazing breakfast.
