  I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb - Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

You have a breathtaking view - We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom. Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day. A sitting room with DVDs to choose from. Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Absolutely perfect!

We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.
