  My partner and I have stayed at the Cae Mor twice. We like it so much that we are spending Valentines weekend there. The rooms that we have stayed in have been superb!! The decor is opulent yet understated and rooms are incredibly spaceous. The Management and the staff of the Cae Mor couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.   We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead - The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

  It is a family run hotel with freindly staff, good food and plenty of it.I can find nothing bad to say about this hotel, we had a great time. - Everything, the staff were excellent, the food was lovely and our room was lovely.

Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

  The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent.   A warm welcome given to my group on our arrival.As usual everything was ready for us, we have visited 3 years on the run and have always been happy with the hotel and its owners Frank and Chris. Their staff are pleasent and helpful. The cooked breakfast is highly recommended
