  I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead - The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

  We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful.
