  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely.   The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars ... 别人怎么说 » - We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day.   What can I say I treated my family to a Saturday night stay on the Yellow on the 12th of April as part of their Christmas present I did not know what to expect and we are all mixed ages ect.I did not know how it would go down!!!! It could not have been better everyone loved the boat the glitz and the big bed (Who was sleeping there?) We had a fant... 别人怎么说 » astic time the bad review would be that there were only a few flute glasses and the gin and tonics were served out of mugs but we managed. Next year - I loved the way they had given attention to detail on the smallest of things to make it feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. Having sky TV and a DVD player and large flat screen TV brilliant. Plenty of room to move around and doesn't even feel like you're on a boat. For a unique experience as a place with a difference to stay I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10 for comfort, ingenuity and being respectful to the legacy of The Beatles.

Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

  The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

It is quiet at night so sleeping was easy especially as the beds are so comfortable and there is nothing better than having your morning brew looki - i went with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday, upon arrival the owner was waiting on the boat for our arrival, the joker boat is very stylish and clean and in a great location near to the bars and restraunts we are all going to book again next year as have another 50th to celebrate. a big thank you to the owner of the joker who sent a bottle of champagne for the birthday girl which was very much appreciated, we would not hesitate in recommending the joker to anybody.

Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.
