Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.

  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely.   We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional
