  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. I appreciate that hotel owner did her best to deliver twin room for us although during booking only double rooms were available. Thanks again for this!   Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great.   Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!).
