The place was very quite. The staff very good with great customer service, great facilities, very clean and very comfortable.... i would love to visit the place whilst a match is being played in the ground. Excellent hotel, room size was fantastic,very comfy bed, nice hot shower and lovely view. Hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly, reasurring secure parking facility.will def be returning.

Helpfull and friendly desk staff. facilities of the room, view from the window, fridge in room with proper milk provided to go with the tea and coffee facilities ( I hate those UHT cartons!). the view! where else can you wake up and look out on HQ? The breakfast in the Carnegie Cafe was ace and all the staff are woderful! Double their pay. The view of the cricket groud was brill! Excellent location for both Headingley and Leeds City Centre. Staff are very helpfull too.walking distance to local restaurants ans the room was very comfortable. A very convenient, peaceful location with a fabulous view!. everything really nice staff and room was excellent. The location is 5 mins walk into Headingley and view from the room looks out on to the cricket ground which was a good change to the usual. Functions went on quite late, making it difficult to get to sleep. May be a problem if you had to get up early.although our resavation had been made early the room allocated was not ready to be occupied.The problem was solved very quickly but it takes the edge of was a good hotel. Had read reviews about noise from other rooms. We could hear some from adjacent room, certainly the sound insulation is not good, but all things considered this is a very good place to stay.the water was not working from early morning to afternoon, however it did come back on and i got a refund. Not much ventilation for room. Could be very hot if weather was warm and sunny!!. Sometimes had to wait to be allowed through the barrier and into the grounds as there was not always anyone on the gate - also would have been nice to have had the choice of a hot breakfast. Unable to get cooked breafast before 8am meant i couldn't have one which was disappointing. The only thing was the skirting boards and the edge of the carpet all round the room were quite dirty. Not being able to park in the main hotel car park on a matchday.Room over warm and windows very difficult to open to get fresh air. Some dark mold in the shower cabinet. Would have liked a hair dryer.The room could have done with a mirror over the dressing table. Parking, I was working next door at the stadium, both car parks were empty and it was not match day and yet parking staff would not let me leave my car their until early afternoon. Very jobs worth and yet hotel reception had been ok about it.
