  B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels).   TV has a Japanese channel(JSTV), excellent breakfast, clean and large room. convenient location(2-3 minutes walk from Earls Court underground station). Thanks to the weak pound sterling I could stay at this hotel. I have never met such a nice hotel like this in London before. Plus free wifi/internet andbreakfast included made this excellent value. The staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.
