  Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service.   The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.
