Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget.
It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
Each staff member was friendly and efficient.

Lovely hotel..very clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi was easy to connect to. Bed was small for 2 but comfy. Overall the room has state of the art technology making it very echo friendly. It was rather impressive! Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
