  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.   I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel.   The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.
