My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless
in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed

It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5

The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in
rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

I had to change my travel plans at the last minutes and the staff were amazingly helpful. The flat was gorgeous and the location in the heart of the East end of London second to none. -
