  This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Staff could not have been more helpful - this was proven furth - I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

  All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends & family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

  After reading some other reviews we were a little worried about our stay. We have to say that our stay was excellent, our room was spotless and comfortable, the tv signal was the best I have ever had in a hotel great for listening to the radio in the morning and relazing after a busy day. The staff were excellent for the most part they all smiled, the bar - I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away from noisier guests. We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name). I have already recommended

Loads of space; good sized bedroom, sitting room with t.v., generous sized bathroom with full sized shower cubicle - as well as full sized bath, and the 4th area in the 'apartment' was a very nice dressing room. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.
