  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

  The service of the Hotel staff and the communication of the staff before/during our stay. The accommadation was of a very high standard and we would certainly stay again. - the apartment was excellent, well equipped and really clean. i would reccomend this to anybody wanting a short break in manchester.;

  the apartment was bright and modern, nice and clean, towels were provided along with complimentary tea ,coffee, sugar and milk, there was also a " survival pack" in the bathroom with toiletries in which was a nice touch.   The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.
