  The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor.   The facilities in the apartment and its central location. I thought that my bed was very comfortable. Your staff were very pleasant and helpful. The price was fair. - The bathroom was lovely. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Location was ideal for what we needed. I would recommend this hotel to friends/family if they want a short break away.
