Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.
