The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. -
