  Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall, this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower r... 别人怎么说 » oom has a huge cubical space which is perfect for me being 6ft6, smaller cubicles make it hard to move about but not here. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

  I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel.   I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. Staff were helpful in directing to me the hotel when I got lost. Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.
