  The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi... 别人怎么说 » ndow was opened unlike at the hotels in the airport while watching the wildlife outside eat and play during the day and night. - The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer service I've had in ages! :-)

  We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

  Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Hotel highly - As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very good with good sized portions.

  my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality. As it was an airport hotel I thought the room rate was - Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf. After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and also great value.   A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there. I would definitely stay there again. - I've a short but very pleasant stay at Joe And Stan's. It is cozy and lovely. I received friendly welcoming and the best hospitality.   This has new management and they are doing a good job, the facility is not the best but certainly not the worst. There is a lot of refurbishment to be done in all areas but it is clean, quiet and fantastic value for money. The breakfast was better than a four star hotel I stayed in and the staff were both pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this as a stopover before flying. £40 for a night was excellent - Everything was catered for and the staff / owners were extremeley nice and hospitable. There was a wedding night occuring during our arrival, but all was good and al was peacful at a time that didn't affect our stay. we would stay again if we were in the area. Not the best for the price we paid, but certainly good value.

  Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious!
