There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the
fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if
you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It
is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the
corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate

Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster
underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

交通方便，清洁 - For the price I wasn't expecting greatness but this place pleasently surprised. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed. All round, a very good experience. - Room was clean and tidy and recently painted. Breakfast was great!
