  The apartment was ideal for a family of four. The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not have air conditioning. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay.   Appartment had excellent facilities. - The passcode protected information that was provided on how to access the buidling and ammenities was easy to follow giving me a sense of security.   the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night. The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.
