We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities.
