This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely.
The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping.
