  Location is great, though have to walk 5 minutes from Elephant & Castle Underground station. Staff is super friendly, as they really helpful on helping me to get into all female-dorm.   Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great.
