  We were a group of 2 adults and 12 children aged 13-16 renting 3 apartments. I loved the fact that the apartments were spacious, clean and modern. It was also conveniently close to food stores and the overground station (literally 2 minutes away).The people running the place were extremely friendly and helpful.   The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. We had bookings for Afternoon - Smooth easy quick check in Junior suite, Art Deco Style Fabulous, bathroom huge, walk in shower with rain head huge, Free standing bath plenty of room for two. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing. Dinner at Kaspers, very busy, Seated at a table with everyone coming back and forth on either side, not good, asked to be moved to the bar, done with no fuss, lovely dinner and wine. Used
