We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. We went here as part of my surprise proposal to my now fiancée. I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

I fail to see how anyone could fail to be impressed by these apartments.
1] location was tops.So close to the tube.Interesting locality.Plenty of good pubs and eating establishments nearby.

It was a quiet and clean apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
