This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

Very friendly staff. I got there after midnight, several hours late
because of consecutive public transport problems, and did not have their
number on me to inform them of my late arrival. The staff member on call
let me in, and was very nice and helpful to me. The building is old but
they try to liven it up with bright colours etc, which creates a
cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. My (private) room was cosy, with a
comfortable bed, clean towels and coffee and tea facilities.
