  We liked everything about this hotel. The reception staff were organised, friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was ready by 12 noon, was spotlessly clean and well equipped with huge bath sheets, ample toiletries, gowns and slippers. We had complementary sparkling water, orange juice and chocolate. After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful. She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night.   The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything.
