This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

舒适整洁安静 - This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time.
Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed.
