  The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.
