Will definitely stay again. - Can't fault a single thing had an absolutely fantastic stay far tooshort could have stayed there for longer than our 2 night stay, the roomwas decorated in old world charm complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi,staff and service was really excellent, would stay there again anytime.

The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
