  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom.   Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington.   We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too.   Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.
