  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews.
