I had a room on the first floor & although the hotel was busy , it was quiet & peaceful-no noise from next door rooms or doors banging etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The room was spotless & décor like new. The grounds were well cared for. English breakfast was cooked freshly to order so no congealed eggs & cold bacon from a buffet. Very good value for money. all the staff were really helpful,room was very clean-comfy,very good quiet nights sleep,and the breakfast was the best breakfast i have had out of anywere i have stayed,value for money,traditional inn with great service value for money and very helpful and well mannerd staff,thanks,.
所有评语 » Wow! Where do I start? Unfortunately, I was confined to a (wonderfully comfortable) bed with 'flu for the whole of our stay and my wife and I had to rely upon the good natures of your staff. What lovely people! Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and helpful. Price, early check-in time/late check-out time, 24hr reception, facilities/cleanliness and comfort of room/bed, access to bar and excellent food, politeness and helpfulness of staff, access to M62. The TV in the room didn't work, so the girl on the desk put me in another room without asking. Girl at reception, very helpful & cheerful. the lady on receptioon extremly friendly,room very clean and quiet,breakfast next day was superb as was the staff on duty,very enjoyable. Disabled parking, excellent staff, good meals, immaculate clean quiet room, large bed, Food available at 9.50pm. The hotel was friendly, clean and very comfortable. The car parking was easy, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble for Milena who could not have been more hjelpful. clean, comfortable, practical, very friendly helpful staff, both hotel and adjoining bar. Location near Humber Bridge but in woodland. Lovely helpful friendly lady in Reception. Privacy, quick book in, no noise, staff helpful and pleasant, secure car park room clean. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. we were visiting friends, ideal location. reception staff very good,quiet at night. I liked the setting and the staff. All good, next to a Brewers Pub. Everything was fine. Quiet. Comfortable. Restaurant for dinner. Friendly receptionist. Nothing. All excellent. There was nothing we disliked. nothing. Old fashioned TV :(. There was no iron to freshen my clothes. The shower in the disabled room was very poor, as a disabled person, I need to rely on the shower and was not able to. This detracted from my visit. The restaurant facilities (Brewers Fare) was too limited for evening meals but the breakfasts were good. would prefer an internal line phone to link to reception. TV could be updated. Noise from early rising guests, (not the fault of Premier Inn) but annoying nevertheless. Service in restaurant was rather off-hand. Room was cold, tv very dated, kettle took ages to boil, not much milk. Dining area for breakfast had not been cleaned and found food from previous night under table. there were three of us in two rooms, 2 and 1. My friend who was by herself was asked on two occassions if she was sharing a room with anybody else. We wondered why?. breakfast, sausages undercooked and a hair in food , not as good as last time. Cooked breakfast was cold and toaster was useless. Wi-Fi was weak. Area not great for mobile phone signals either. Nothing. Slight musty smell. No vending machine, not important but handy for single female travellers. 4-bed-room without any space between the beds, noisy, carpark direct behind the window. The hotel is not very obvious as to it's situation in the complex.
