  Staff extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a very enjoyable one. Plenty of extras; generous supply of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk topped up in room every day. Nice Victorian building, which although being out of Kings Lynn centre, good venue for touring countryside and north Norfolk coast. Fairly cheap.
