The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment. The room (and the rest of the B&B as well) was clean and well looked after. I would certainly stay there again. Great size apartment no.2. Clean and modern with good beds and new duvets. Kitchen well equipped. Walking to beach 5 minutes and great location for shops and restaurants. . The day bed/sofa was perfect for my 15 year old daughter in the lounge.
所有评语 » the owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, recommending places to eat and as we were taking place in the half marathon, giving us time afterwards to shower and change. would stay again for sure. stylish , someone had put some thought into what you require when staying in a hotel i.e wall sockets in correct places . small fridge , bathrobes and all essential soaps and shampoos plus friendly staff. Very friendly and helpful staff even recommending places to eat, room was really nice and comfortable and was only a couple minutes walk from the shops and the beach. Definitely stay there again. Very nice and friendly couple running the guest house which is located close to the train station. The property is quiet and the rooms clean and cozy. Ideal to charge your batteries. The room and bathroom were lovely! Very clean and decorated lovely! Staff were very welcoming, even though we were slightly late! Would definitely stay here again without a doubt!. Everything was pergect. pretty good location near shops and old part of town, only a ten minute walk, car parking around the corner. Great antiqu shops in the old part of Hastings a good day out. The main bedroom was at the front of the house and as it was on a one way busy road the noise of buses and cars made it difficult to get a restful sleep for me as I am a light sleeper although my husband and daughter slept fine. nothing, friendly, clean and quiet, what more do you need from a place to stay?. No breakfast on weekends, no communal area. Nothing. Everything ok. nothing. Only bathroom was very tiny and no breakfast. Seagulls squawking during the night. Would have preferred en-suite facilities. None. Fridge a bit too small.also the bathroom. only minus is the shared bathroom. N/A. The TV did not work in the morning and the WiFi did not work signal was not strong enough. Noisy street people yelling out on the one night we stayed.
