welcoming atmosphere, good size rooms, very clean. like the choice of pillows. breakfast very good, hot and wide choice available. staff always pleasant. reception staff very helpful and quick response from the taxi company they get you. have stayed with you before and will be doing so again in the future. thankyou. comfortable, convenient, Room temperrture was perfect. The rooms had everything we could have required. We were really happy with our choice. We nearly always use Hilton,but apart from the breakfasts provided, the holiday Inn was better!.
所有评语 » The service and friendliness of the staff was very good. The hotel is well kept and very well located, the town centre is within walking distance. The room had an iron and ironing board which came in handy. All staff from reception to housekeeping very helpful, friendly, if you are going to Harrogate i would and have (since i have returned ) recommend the holiday inn. P.S. they do a good breakfast. The hotel was very well situated for the town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Close to all facilities; good service and quiet; excellent help at front desk when we needed to stay longer because of the bad weather.The quality of the hotel and the central location. As we were going to the Conference centre to see a show it was ideal. The size of our room made a difference, plus I like the little touches,like magazines and chocolate.We attended a conference in the Harrogate International Centre and the hotel was ideally situated. Great view from my 11th floor room. Good breakfast buffet, Friendly andhelpful reception staff. great room all staff were ploite nice and clean across road from concert really nice. The barman from kenya was excellent, very chatty, very helpful verypersonable and extremely polite. He needs praise, or a raise. We arrived early and were offered a free upgrade and got a room early. Good staff, mainly the polish girls were very pleasant. location; access to town, theatre and restaurants. location and the staff were very good. Very comfortable bed. breakfast excellent. Central location - upgraded to Executive room which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very central and within walking distance of the town. It's central location for Harrogate town ctr and shopping etc. The decor of the rooms and the general ambience of the hotel. Very comfortable hotel, polite staff and nice bar area. Goodsize comfortable room. Hotel not far from shops. Breakfasts, Coffee machines, don't appeal to me first thing in morning and making own toast. I ordered a Roast Beef sandwich at the bar and wasn't very impressed with the quality of the meat considering the price. The hotel is attractive and at Holiday Inn's better end, the food that I received was average and did not reflect the rest of my experience. The car park was a bit grim and I imagine that it could be a bit off-putting to female or older guests in terms of its isolated appearance.Now I'm being really picky. the fried eggs , like rubber, but they do poached eggs smashing. Breakfast was not the best. We had it delivered to the room - £17. Certainly not worth it.The room was quite hot and couldnt get the air in the room enough asthe windows were safety ones, however this did not stop us fromenjoying our stay. The car park is somewhat remote and there is no easy way to get to the hotel. We went down a path that became a dead-end before finding the correct route.nothing. remote car park - minor niggle.Distance from the Car Park. not really. parking. The longish walk uphill from the carpark carrying luggage in the rain. also the signs to carpark were small, hard to see in the dark. Car Park was full and a fair walk from the entrance. The layout of the breakfast appeared to cause quite a lot of congestion. It was very busy and having the drinks area in a corner meant that everyone was getting in each others way rather than being able to pass the machines and serve themselves in an orderly fashion. Could hear next door TV for about 2 hours before it was switched off...and every word of a normal conversation taknig place once the TV was off....sound proofing needs improving because the TV was not loud and the people were not shouting. Pay for parking. Lack of signage to car park from reception. The bar was always short staffed. Hotel is poorly ventilated. Lack of parking facilities.Breakfast a little chaotic.Car park not obvious to find. Car park situation. Staffing levels in the restaurant, and in general, and pricey beer. Nothing really it was a really nice hotel. Expensive food. room was late in being ready for us. The bathroom could have been cleaner (the hairs in the bath were not mine!). Breakfast - tea/coffee/toast - would have preferred this to have been provided rather than self service. The size of the car park and its proximity to the hotel. Distance from car park to hotel.Location of car park to hotel. Also no filter coffee at breakfast, justa machine dispensing poor coffee.
