E He has excellent customer service skills. The room was pleasant the beds good quality and the area quiet and rustic. Was babysiting for the family who were at a wedding at a larger hotel close to Oakham and the room rate was half that hotel and comfort wise we experienced twice as much.   The White Swan is a lovely little establishment in a quiet village. The surrounding area is lovely, the staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional, even a table booked for dinner.
