The service was excellent ! the bar was great and the typical Scottish hospitality was brilliant also the breakfast was very tasty indeed and the room and bed was very comfortable. This is a family run hotel and I would highly recommend the Villa. Michael Hayes Battle East Sussex. The staff are outstanding, so friendly and helpful and happy in their work. Best service I have received from any hotel. The food is also excellent a really nice place to stay. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.
所有评语 » Everything - Great people, nice hotel, good food, comfortable rooms. In fact - Douglas, The Bar Manager, is probably the nicest man I have ever met. This is a family owned/ run hotel that have got it absolutely right - THANK YOU. The staff and the owner made my stay exceptional. Great food choice and accommodation was high quality and very well thought out. I highly recommend this hotel. The friendly and polite demeaner of the staff and the hotel was comfortable and clean.The food was excellent and the location was idealI had. Close to station and within walking distance of Hamilton race course. Good quality food. Excellent service, and value for money. Friendliness of all the staff. Good food especially the full Scottish breakfast. Clean and welcoming hotel. catered well to my coeliac needs, wonderful rooms and parking, staff were extremely friendly. Very helpful and friendly. Also had a nice meal and bar prices very reasonable. So good I returned & will do every time I have to work in the area :). Staff superb, really clean hotel and food is exceptional. The breakfast was fine and parking easy.. the facxt that they had a restaurant. Not Applicable. I had no complaints whatsoever. Nothing. Our room was at front of hotel and was very noisy with traffic throughout the night. rooms slightly on the small side however, everything else makes up for it. no wi-fi in bedroom, bedroom very small, no breakfast before 0730am. The room was a little dark and the basin rather small for a wet shave. No food allowed in room, and not allowed outside food in there dining room, I found this out by bringing a pizza back after work, they said not in the room, I asked to eat it in there dining room, also a big no! I was forced to eat my pizza outside in the car park, disgraceful!. Attitude of the owners was very rude and inappropriate especially the guy.The room was very small room and also the toilet. no place to even turn. no place to hang clothes or towels.
