  Good selection of drinks at the Bar, nice room, with a prompt shuttle bus to Stansted airport which was free. Well recommeded - after reading reviews i was really worried. Very pleasantly surprised. Very convenient hotel with good facilities

  Wanted a base for the weekend just for relaxation and nice food. Originally looked around local areas but then found this hidden beauty with a fishing pond - a hobby my partner hasn't done for years. The cottages are large enough with a huge bed and perfect bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was heavenly with most i - Absolutely everything! Room was excellent, clean & warm. Ensuite facilities superb, plenty of hot water and decent pressure. Hosts very helpful, friendly and breakfast was fantastic. It kept us going throughout the entire day, despite a hectic schedule! We were staying in Essex to find a rental property in the area. The hosts were really helpful in providing additional local information. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
