Obviously being new was really nice as everything was clean and up to date. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Brand new hotel, only opened a few days before Very clean and quiet Very friendly staff Comfortable beds and air conditioning Right next to ice rink and leisure centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Child's bed was not made up when we arrived but this was sorted out very quickly. Location very good.

The restaurant that was adjacent to the hotel was very friendly and the food was great. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, approachable and pleasant to deal with. The hotel was warm and comfortable. The receptionist was really lovely and very helpful. Everything was very new and felt very luxurious for the money. layout is the same in all site's i have stayed at meny of them from irland- essex-cambley-to gosport. The hotel is brand new, very clean. Plenty of free parking space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff very helpful and polite. Room warm,clean and comfotable. Rooms are clean and spacious. every things. One day we didn't get our room done until 5 o'clock we needed clean towels and coffee. One day bin wasn't emptied. Staff were lovely and friendly but the cleaning staff weren't quite on top of everything. When four beds made up in room, no space to move around (room too small for 4) Bit far out of the centre of Portsmouth unless you take the ferry across. Room was very warm. Hot chocolate sachets would have been good especially when staying with children. Nothing. The noise from the floor above. The soundproofing from footsteps above was not so effective. gosport the windows do not open at all so at night when the aircon switchs of it get very hot in the rooms. Location is not Great. Besides one mediocre pubs net door, anything else you need requires a drive. Not enough tea and coffee sachets. Room was far too hot and air. Conditioning only worked for a short time. I didn't think the breakfast was of usual premier inn standard. In particular -bad coffee. Breakfast was a shambles. Two people could not serve over 50 people. Cups ran out, bowls ran out as did coffee and cooked food. The 2 staff were almost running but could not replenish provisions fast enough. A great shame as the stresss of wondering if you were going to get any food rather spoiled anotherwise lovely stay. Apparently the understaffing at breakfast happens regularly - so my advice would be to book the room but buy breakfast elsewhere. The quilt in the room was so hot i couldn't sleep. In fact the hotel Temp was rediculous..!! i didn't enjoy my sleep at all. It was that bad i woke at 5am and drove home.
